Background and Personality 35 years ago < born on Kuat>

Tyrus Paliot was born on the planet Kuat where his father worked as a starship engineer. Born in to a
family as the fourth child he was the second son and as the Paliot family tradition goes he was named
after his mothers dad.

Tyrus's father, Dek, spent most of his non working hours in his personal workshop where he liked to
tinker with things and this was where Tyrus spent most of his time too. Tyrus used to make toy ships out
of scraps of Dura plastic and he used to have pretend space battles in which he would come up with all
strange sorts of maneuvers and tactics.

20 years ago <aged 15>

Tyrus spent the start of his teen years like most others and with the coming of the "new order" he rarely
saw his older brother and father(as they were now far to busy working on Palpatine's giant new Imperial
class Star Destroyers. At first he wasn't very interested in his class lessons as he thought he would do as
his older brother had done and follow on from his dad to become a Ship builder. It wasn't until the Empire
opened a new Fleet Academy on Kuat that he took more interest and started to work hard.

12 years ago <aged 23>

When He was old enough he enrolled in the Imperial Academy under sponsorship of his Grandfather. He
was among the top students and once he Graduated he was assigned to a small taskforce in the outer rims
as a Junior Tactical officer. He helped bring the Task force out of a lot of sticky situations and was soon
promoted to chief Tactical officer for the Taskforce. During his posting out in the rim territories Tyrus
took a personal interest in finding out about the planets and even compiled a large note of different planets
and there atmospheres,climates, species e.t.c

Tyrus enjoyed his time in the rim territories and After helping lead the Taskforce out of one major
situation in which it could have been totally destroyed he was given another promotion and was made the
Captain of a Carrack cruiser and with another two Carrack Cruisers, he and his ship were posted to a
Skirmish line under the command of a line Captain Sinan.

5 years ago <aged 30>

Tyrus become very close friends with Captain Sinan as they both found out that they shared a great many
views and opinions on the current state of the empire. They both enjoyed many a night of sitting in
Captain Sinan's personal quarters, discussing there opinions on the current state of the Galaxy. After the
Skirmish line acquired a Nebulon-B frigate Sinan posted Tyrus to that saying that he was one of the most
capable officers and the man that he trusted the most to look after the backbone of the Skirmish line.

Today: 9 years after the battle of Endor
