Appearance:

Shinji is 7 feet tall, what is quite rare for a human race. His brown hair is cut neatly, it is not too long, although it is quite thick. He usually dresses very smart, preferring
uniform to any other clothes. Shinji do not have any distinguishing features, despite having short black mouthache.

Background:

Shinji was brought up on a distant Imperial world. He followed the family tradition and joined the Sector Navy. His perfect commanding abilities and tactical genius
allowed him to become Admiral at age of 22. He was also responsible for promoting, recruiting and observations of promising officers. Sometimes he hindered several careers of officers from influental families and was accused of corruption. That scandal forced him to leave active service, but since Shinji do not admitted being corrupted, he went underground, faked his death and joined local Rebel Resistance. However, his only dream was to become a Navy officer once again. But with such spot on his reputation he couldn't expect to be returned to service, so he helped to commit the coup d'etat on his planet and ruined the main database erasing all entries of his "crime" and "death".

When expeditionary task force arrived, he arrived at flagship and revealed all Rebel secrets. The rebellion was subdued and the order was restored. As the reward for remaining loyal to Second Imperium, Shinji was granted a position at Imperial Navy. Soon he dispatched to Carida seeking to make his dream true.

Personality:

Shinji used to be very active and outgoing during the term of his active service. Still, he is very rough, sometimes even ruthless with his subordinates. Shinji is very demanding, both to himself and his crew. After joining the Resistance, he became more reserved and a bit arrogant sometimes, but always tries to maintain good relationships with people surrounding him. He has one weakness, though. He is a lady's man.

Objectives:

Achieve more or less commanding post to use his brilliant tactical genius to full capacity.

That is no problem for me. Just say what rank is possible at such age taking into consideration that his service was brilliant and perfectly spotless. Actually it is not Imperial Navy, but Sector Fleet. The fact that is was Civil war suits me rather well. Let say that it was almost independent Imperial moff governed territory that was then returned to the empire by reclamation task force, that Shinji assisted to get control over this part of space.
